Online learning modules

Through eight engaging modules, created to allow us to explore and unlock different dimensions of youth wellbeing literacy, our participants embarked on a collective journey of self-discovery and social impact. We explored the multifaceted nature of wellbeing, developing essential skills to spark positive change both within ourselves and our communities.

The Wellbeing Retreat

The Wicked Wellbeing Retreat built on Well-Being Lab's expertise in creating impactful experiences. This retreat brought together our participants for an explorative journey into personal growth and mental health awareness to foster understanding of wellbeing, mental health, inclusion, and empathy-based communication. Well-Being Lab created a platform for our young participants to openly discuss wellbeing and mental health and promoting healthier, more balanced lives. Wellbeing is sometimes a lot of things spinning around together - like a whirlwind – and it makes it difficult to see the different parts, like feelings and experiences, because everything twists and turns and connects in complicated ways.

When we talk about the "wickedness" of wellbeing, we acknowledge that it often involves many factors. It's a challenge that calls for creative and innovative ideas due to its complex and dynamic nature.

We acknowledge the whirlwinds of our wellbeing journeys while we dive into unlocking the power of wellbeing literacy together.
